To create a one-page persona for ECO STYLE, I interviewed stakeholders, sales reps, marketing professionals and product owners. These conversations provided deep user insights and helped guide the entire website design process.

For Charter’s Residential eCommerce buy-flow, integrating a credit check added complexity, especially for users that fail the credit check. I created visual flows to help the client identify the best design solution and gauge the corollary development effort.

Lightbox – Site Redesign – Sitemap

For Lightbox, I created a sitemap to help the team visualize how the new site would be structured and navigated by the user. This bird’s-eye view enabled the interaction design team to begin the navigation work. It was also used by the account team to determine scope and drive the agile development plan.

Fannie Mae – Learning Center Redesign – Wireframes

Wireframes are a tried-and-true method for determining high-level content inventory, hierarchy and functionality across viewports. I was embedded with the Fannie Mae dev team and created a detailed component library, which enabled a fully agile approach to design. Shown here are annotated wireframes created for a redesign of the Fannie Mae Learning Portal.

SERC/CT Board of Ed – Easier with AT Website – End-user Research

SERC Research Report

For SERC, we built a website to serve as a state-wide knowledge base for assistive technology in Connecticut schools. As part of the discovery phase, I recruited respondents and conducted Zoom interviews with fifteen target users and moderated focus groups with over 25 stakeholders.

For qualitative research, I design, moderate and analyze research with individuals, and I lead focus groups as well.
