Hi there! If you run into any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll do everything I can to make things right.
All artwork is original and one-of-a-kind. Because of this, all sales are final unless the piece arrives damaged or significantly differs from how it was described.
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, I won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and shipped back using the original packaging—or equivalent protective materials. If the item was delivered via local pickup, we can repeat that process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you an email to confirm it arrived—and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

Items that aren’t in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for your refund to officially post.

Damage during shipping
If your piece arrives damaged, please email me within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

Shipping returns
To return a piece, please mail it to:

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as I can’t guarantee receipt of returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your order is ready, I’ll get in touch to coordinate a convenient time and place. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID. If possible, try to arrange pickup within 14 days of purchase.
